Consultation
Extensive consultation was completed on the draft Corporate Plan and Integrated Risk Management Plan for 2010/11 (IRMP 7).
The Plan was updated in light of some of the feedback received and to include new financial and performance data. The Plan, which includes proposals to change the way Birchwood Community Fire Station is crewed, was presented for approval at the meeting of the Fire Authority's Policy Committee on March 17.
