Welcome to the Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service website which offers latest news, information, documents, videos and fire safety advice for residents and businesses. The key aim of the website is to reduce fires, casualties and fatalities through education and pro-active campaigns. We are working with our partners at the Deafness Support Network (opens in new window) and if you require help and need an interpreter you should contact them.
If you live in Cheshire, you can arrange for a member of Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service to visit your home. During the visit advice will be given on how to make your home safer, what to do in the event of a fire and what to do if you are trapped by a fire. Free smoke alarms will also be fitted (if needed) with an explanation on how to maintain them correctly. To book a visit, text HSA and your name and address to 07624 808 300.
If you want to let us know that the Fire and Rescue Service has done a good job or you want to make a complaint about the Fire and Rescue Service, please use the Contact Us page on the website, or use the forms that can be found at the bottom of every web page. If you need a BSL interpreter to help you, contact our partners at the Deafness Support Network (opens in new window).
