Cheshire Fire Authority has a Members’ Code of Conduct, which can be viewed below.

If someone believes that a Member has breached the Members’ Code of Conduct they may wish to make a complaint.

The Fire Authority has an approved procedure for the handling of a complaint. This can be viewed below.

The Monitoring Officer can only deal with complaints about the behaviour of a Member and will not deal with matters that are not covered by the Code of Conduct.
