The role of the Joint Fire and Police Strategic Change Department within the Fire Service is to help control the organisation’s projects and programmes in line with its strategic objectives and to provide help and support to allow officers and staff to deliver successful projects.
As part of this the team will:
Assist with the development of the Service's project methodology / framework and ensure a consistent approach to project management across the organisation.
Support Project Managers through every stage of a project from concept to close down.
Review progress against plans and provide reports to the Senior Management Team.
