Operational Support
The Operational Support team (also known as the OPA Administration hub) is responsible for supporting business processes throughout the Operational Policy and Assurance Department (OPA) and the wider Service.

Workforce planning including cover area movements

Admin support for Operational and Command Training

Customer Services at the Sadler Road site – providing a reception service, switchboard service, management of meeting rooms and managing parcel/post to and from the site

A comprehensive clerical and administration service supporting all areas of the Operational Policy and Assurance department, including Policy and Projects, Fleet Services, Health and Safety, Operational Training and Command Training

Administration of several Service databases including DAVIS licence checking, the Workforce Planning system and Fleet Management systems

Site logistics and building management service for the Sadler Road site
