Transformation Team

The Transformation Team are responsible for developing and coordinating activities which ensure the Service is delivering against the Government Fire Reform agenda in the following three key areas:

  • Workforce reform

  • Efficiency and collaboration

  • Accountability and transparency

A Transformation Plan has been developed to highlight the ongoing work within Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service to drive continuous improvements in these three areas, and to highlight how some of the key priorities outlined in the Integrated Risk Management Plan 2017/18 and elsewhere, will be delivered.
