The following premises types and similar have responsibilities outlined in the Fire Safety Order 2005:

  • Hotels

  • B&B's

  • Hostels

  • Air B&B's

  • Caravan, camping and Glamping sites

If you rent out any part of your house, full or part time, you would also be included in the above list.

A failure to comply can result in legal action being taken.
