As a digital strategist and a futurist, my opinions (not always mainstream) have been sought after by a wide variety of businesses, charities, conferences and major global advertising agencies - TBWA, Saatchi & Saatchi, PublicisModem, Sapient Nitro, McCann, WDMP and RKCR /Y&R to name just a few.
My area of expertise lies in gamification and engagement. This has led to me working across a variety of business sectors producing games, apps, platforms, gameshows and even theme park attractions.
My in-depth industry knowledge has enabled me to work with some of the World’s leading brands such as PlayStation, Microsoft, Dell, ITV, BBC, Universal, Red Bull and Merlin, helping these companies to adapt to the ever changing digital landscape and secure millions of pounds in revenue.
My experiences over the past 30 years in the digital sector have allowed me to become an internationally known keynote speaker, talking at many global events.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to speak at Casual Content, Develop, TIGA, TEDx, Festival of Games, SASCON. GSummit, IAB and even Parliament (yes, they let me in!). Past work and a respected industry reputation has led to my appointment on multiple boards such as Creative England and Weave.
During my varied career, I’ve also had several opportunities to co-produce games with celebrities including the Gorillaz, Lilly Allen, Iron Maiden and Warwick Davis on the critically acclaimed app Pocket Warwick.
As a host at several digital and technology conferences over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with legends of the industry including Steve Wozniak and Ian Livingstone.
My work has been recognised in many leading publications including the national press and many of my own articles have been featured in the industry press. Much of my work has gone on to be featured on television, achieved top ten positions in the relevant app-stores and has even been shown at an Iron Maiden concert!
I work with many charities and global organisations including Cancer Research, the European Union and
the United Nations, with whom I collaborated on the development of their Global Goals Strategy.
As I grow older, and hopefully wiser, I realise that my main passion is to improve the lives of others through digital transformation and game theory. I’m looking forward to the next revolution where digital and physical can come together to create a seamless world, and where we can interact with emotion and motion to humanise.
