Step Into Work

Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service has a talent pool, called Step into Work.  The Step into Work talent pool comprises of individuals who have engaged successfully in any of the Service’s “Step into Work” Youth Engagement Programmes, including:  Fire Cadets, Princes Trust, etc.

Individuals within the talent pool are treated as internal candidates for purposes of gaining access and having the opportunity to apply for posts across the Service up to and including Scale 4.
