One fire engine from Runcorn, one fire engine from Widnes, one fire engine from Penketh and one fire engine from Powey Lane attended.
Details
Firefighters were called to reports of a house fire on The Croft in Runcorn. On arrival they gained entry to the property and used breathing apparatus and hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
One casualty was rescued from the property and taken to hospital.
Police also attended the incident and an investigation into the cause of the fire will take place.
