One fire engine attended from Macclesfield

At around 11.15pm firefighters were called to reports of a car being on fire on Dorchester Way in Macclesfield.
On arrival the crew discovered a saloon car well alight on the roadway.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire, which is believed to have been caused by an electrical fault.
They were in attendance for around an hour.
