DetailsFirefighters were called to a car on fire in a car park at Europa Boulevard, Warrington.
The crew wore breathing apparatus while using two hose reels and a lance to put out the fire.
They then used a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.
Absorbent mats were used to soak the diesel which had leaked from the car.
