Fire involving lamp posts in Chorley near Nantwich

Fire crews mobilised to a report of a lamp post on fire on Nantwich Road in Chorley near Nantwich.  Once in attendance crews discovered a fire involving two street light lamp posts and requested the attendance of an electrician from the Highways Agency.  Crews used a thermal imaging camera to check the fire was confined to the posts and had not spread.  The incident was then handed over to the electrician on arrival.
