Garden waste fire in Astbury

At around 4.40pm firefighters were called to reports of a fire in the open in Astbury, 

On arrival they found a small fire, approximately 4 metres by 5 metres, of garden waste which was unattended.

Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and were detained at the scene for around one hour and 15 minutes.
