Leaking cylinder at Warrington furniture store

Firefighters from Warrington and Penketh fire stations were called to the IKEA store on Europa Boulevard by staff who noticed a large carbon dioxide (CO) cylinder, used to carbonate soft drinks, was leaking. As a precaution, the store was evacuated for a short time while crews removed the cylinder and placed it in the open air to allow the gas to vent safely.
