Smoke at a flat in Chester

Two fire engines attended, one from Chester and one from Powey Lane

At 12 noon firefighters were called to a report of a smoke alarm sounding at a flat on Norris Road in Chester.
On arrival crews discovered that the alarm had been activated as a result of toast being burnt.
Firefighters ventilated the flat to clear the smoke and were in attendance for around half-an-hour.
