Tanker fire on the M6 northbound

Three fire engines from Middlewich, Knutsford and Holmes Chapel and a rapid response unit from Holmes Chapel

Details
A tanker, attached to a tractor unit, was on fire on the motorway. Firefighters separated the tanker from the rest of the tractor and tackled the fire using a hose reel jet. The highways agency also attended and closed the lane whilst firefighters dealt with the incident
