Shortly after 9.30pm firefighters were called to reports of a van being on fire on Warrington Road in Risley, Warrington.

On arrival crews discovered that it was a box van.

Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire with a hose reel jet.

Firefighters were in attendance for around an hour.
