Vehicle fire in Widnes

DetailsFirefighters were called following reports of a vehicle fire on Mersey View Road.
On arrival the crew found one vehicle well alight.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish the flames.
A cordon was put in place while firefighting took place.
A thermal imaging camera was then used to check the area.
