Prince's Trust - graduation ceremony

The Prince's Trust Team programme is a 12 week personal development course, for employed and unemployed people from a variety of backgrounds with different abilities.

At the end of the 12-week programme, a graduation ceremony was held.

Format of the graduation ceremony

The graduation ceremony usually follows the following format:

• A short power point presentation with an introduction from the Chief or Assistant Chief Fire Officer

• The team and staff members give short speeches about their individual experience on the programme.

• Certificates are presented by the mayor or other dignitary.

• Officer in charge will close the official part of the evening

• Informal buffet
