Two fire engines from Chester and Lymm and the rope and animal rescue teams from Lymm and Bollington

A horse was stuck in a swimming pool and was rescued by firefighters and the Service animal rescue teams by strops being put around the horse and a mechanical digger utilised to life it out of the pool.
The horse was sedated before lifting to keep it calm and was checked by a vet after the rescue.
