A few examples of where the Service would ask for your personal data include:

  • When requesting a Home Safety Check - so that we can visit you at home to check that your home is safe from fire.

  • On ‘contact us’ forms - which allows you to contact us about any Fire and Rescue service matter

  • On ‘comment’ forms - on certain pages of this website we will enable the option for users to be able leave a comment, for example on one of our Blog posts. The information you provide will be moderated and approved for all other users to see. This information is not used in any other way.

  • On ‘fault reporting’ and ‘rectification’ forms - these types of forms ask users to submit building and contact information to be stored in case of an emergency.
