Flying over Mount Everest and a tour of Kathmandu

Our Fire apprentices fyling over Mount Everest - this is the view from the plane window
It was an early start this morning (12/03/18) up at 5 am to catch a flight at 6:30 am around Everest, but it was worth it the views from the plane were unbelievable and the views that we got Everest are a experience you can hardly put in words, after that we began a tour of Kathmandu where we visited a Hindu and Buddhist temple, it was a great experience being able to see how people worship their religions in this country.

After that we got back to our hotel to being packing for the trek ahead, at 6pm we made our way into the city and into a restaurant where we all experienced some proper Nepalese cuisine and watched some dances from different regions in Nepal, we even got the chance to dance with them
