Getting acclimatised

We've had a great first day in Kathmandu and are now getting ready for an early morning flight to Phaplu.

We've been to visit both stupas in the city. A stupa is a place for meditation, a Buddhist religious monument.

Before a traditional Nepalese dinner (where we saw our first yak!) we had a brief from Dawa to prepare us for our trek tomorrow, after we land at Phaplu.
