One fire engine from Northwich and one from Frodsham
Details
Firefighters tackled a fire in the kitchen of a Weaverham house. In breathing apparatus they used a hose reel jet to put out the flames and a high pressure fan to clear smoke. One casualty was reported as suffering from smoke inhalation and was taken to hospital.
Following a fire investigation, several seats of fire were found and it is believed the fire was started deliberately.
