Three fire engines from Middlewich, Northwich and Winsford
Details
Crews evacuated a supermarket due to smoke logging in a plant room. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus took a hose reel jet and a dry powder extinguisher to investigate the cause of the smoke which is believed to have been a faulty appliance. The affected part of the building was ventilated and the fire alarm reset.
This incident was closed at 11:10am.
