An area of grassland that was on fire on the side of a river was attended by firefighters. They used What3Words to locate the area which was down a footpath at the side of the river and involved approximately 100 square metres of grass. The crews established a water supply from the river to enable them to put the fire out. They used a thermal imaging camera to ensure the fire was fully extinguished before leaving and were in attendance for approximately two and a half hours.
