Fire engines from Northwich, Winsford, Lymm, Runcorn, Knutsford, Tarporley and Frodsham along with an aerial ladder platform

Firefighters have been called to a fire involving the front of a disused building. On arrival the fire was fully developed and there was smoke in two nearby disused buildings. Extra fire engines were requested to support getting water to the area and crews are using hose reels to tackle the fire from outside the building. The aerial ladder platform is being used to inspect the buildng from above.
Update at 23:45: The fire has now been extinguished and firefighters are damping down the building and checking for hot spots.
