Crews were called to a tree on fire on a golf course, and firefighters made their way on foot with their water backpacks to investigate. The tree was well alight, so they used their water backpacks to contain the fire while the hose reel was retrieved and then used to extinguish the fire. A cordon was left around the tree until a responsible person could arrange for it to be checked for stability.
