Crews were called to a road traffic collision involving two cars in Wardle. One lane of the carriageway was closed by police while the incident was dealt with.
Two walking wounded from one vehicle were handed over to the care of paramedics on scene.
One person from another vehicle was medically trapped in their vehicle. Firefighters removed two doors and the boot of the vehicle to allow emergency personnel to gain full access to the casualty. The casualty was extricated and cared for by paramedics on scene.
The incident was handed over to police.
