One fire engine from Bollington, and a fire engine and animal rescue unit from Knutsford attended.

Firefighters were called to an incident where a corrugated roof on a stable had been damaged by strong winds. Two ponies were inside the stable at the time. Crews, including an animal rescue team, worked with the owners and an equine vet to safely move them into a horse box.
Cordons were established, and Highways were advised to close the nearby road as a precaution.
