One fire engine from Lymm, one from Birchwood and one from Knutsford
Details
Firefighters were called to a two vehicle road traffic collision on the M6. Highways Agency and police also attended, along with staff from North West Ambulance Service, who supported casualties at the scene. Firefighters were required to get one person out of a vehicle and to the care of paramedics. The carriageway was temporarily closed and traffic management was provided by Highways.
