Firefighters were called to a wooded area where they found around 10 hotspots, believed to be from a previous grass fire nearby which had possibly flared up due to strong winds.
Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera, hose reel jet and beaters to extinguish the flare-ups and dampen down the area. The crew remained on scene for a further 30 minutes to monitor the area.
