Winsford Fire Station

Winsford Fire Station is a wholetime fire station operating the day crewing shift system of nine firefighters and officers crewing a fire engine, major rescue unit and incident response unit 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Additionally there is a Watch of 15 on-call firefighters and officers operating a second fire engine. On-call firefighters may have other employment and be on-call for us. Each on-call firefighter carries an alerter while available for call-outs during their normal day and must be capable of reaching the station in a short time.
