One fire engine from Winsford and one from Lymm, along with the rope rescue unit from Lymm

Firefighters were called to assist the ambulance service with rescuing a casualty who had suffered a suspected broken ankle on scaffolding at roof height. Two line rescue systems were set up to lower the casualty to the ground before being left in the care of the ambulance service. Crews were at the scene for around one hour twenty five minutes.
