One fire engine from Wilmslow and the All-Terrain Vehicle from Macclesfield
Details
Firefighters were called to a fire involving an area of peat bog measuring around 10 x 15 metres. The All-Terrain Vehicle was requested to help tackle the fire and to navigate the area to check for any further signs of fire spread with the thermal imaging camera. Firefighters on foot used their water backpacks to dampen down the flames.
