Fire crews were called to a field where three bales of hay were on fire. It is believed that they had started to self-combust and were removed from a barn by the farmer. Firefighters used tools to spread the hay and dampen it down using a hose reel jet. Crews checked the other hay bales with a thermal imaging camera.
