Firefighters were called to a report of a fire involving a chip pan at a property on Kings Road, Wilmslow. On arrival crews found that the fire had been extinguished and they used a large fan to clear a considerable amount of smoke.
They gave treatment to one casualty for smoke inhalation before handing the incident over.
