Two fire engines from Chester, one from Ellesmere Port and one from Powey Lane
Details
Two fires found along a railway embankment were attended and put out by firefighters. Four fire engines were needed to get enough water to the area, to allow crews to fully extinguish the fire and damp the area down. A thermal imaging camera was used to check the grass before crews left. They were in attendance for approximately two hours.
