Firefighters were called to reports of smoke coming from the top of a building in Widnes. On arrival they found a chair on fire, which was extinguished using a hose reel. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately and anyone with information is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555 111.
