Three fire engines from Sandbach, Middlewich and Crewe

Firefighters were called to a fire in an outbuilding involving six hay bales that were found smouldering in a large stack.
The farmer used machinery to remove the affected bales, while crews dampened them down using hose reel jets.
The fire is believed to have started accidentally. A thermal imaging scan checked for any remaining hotspots before the incident was handed over to the farmer.
