A full road closure was in place while emergency services dealt with a road traffic collision involving two vehicles. One of the vehicles had left the road and come to a stop in a thick hedgerow.
Firefighters cut away the hedge to release one person from the vehicle that had left the road. Three people, believed to be from the other car, were taken to hospital for precautionary checks.
