Crews were called to a fire within a ground-floor flat. On arrival, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire and a high-pressure fan to ventilate the premises. All persons were accounted for.
Police were also in attendance as this is believed to have been lit deliberately.
