One fire engine from Audlem (on standby at Crewe).
Details
Firefighters were called to a report of a small fire at the rear of a commercial property on Electra Way, Crewe.
On arrival they found a fire involving wooden pallets, in close proximity to gas cylinders. Two hose reels were used to put the fire out and to provide cooling to the cylinders. The crew then worked to clear smoke from inside the building.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
