Crews responded to smoke issuing from the rear of a heavy goods vehicle in Handforth.
Firefighters gained access using a reciprocating saw and extinguished the fire, which involved paper materials, using a hose reel jet.
The contents were removed and thoroughly dampened down. This is believed to have been caused by an electrical fault.
