ONGOING | Firefighters are currently in attendance at a fire in a commercial kitchen in Congleton. All persons are accounted for. Police are also in attendance and have set up a cordon for safety while the incident is dealt with.
Update at 15:55 | Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet and one covering jet to extinguish the fire and dampen down the surrounding area.
Crews cut away at facia boards around the premises to ensure no fire spread. A thermal imaging camera was used to check for hotspots.
