Two fire engines from Powey Lane and Ellesmere Port

Crews were called to a fire involving a drain pipe, which was located behind metal cladding, at a commercial premises in Ellesmere Port.
Firefighters used a 13.5 metre ladder to gain access above the fire and a grinder to create an access point behind the metal cladding. A hose reel jet was then used to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera was used to check for hotspots.
