Crews were called to a wooden gazebo that was well alight in a back garden and spread to a nearby shed in Widnes. Firefighters used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire and dampen down the surrounding area. A thermal imaging camera was used to check for hotspots. This is believed to have been caused by a solar panel battery.
