Firefighters responded to a garage fire in Macclesfield that was well alight. The blaze had spread to a vehicle parked nearby and the fascia of a neighbouring property.
Crews in breathing apparatus used two hose reels to extinguish the fire, and a thermal imaging camera was used to monitor for hotspots. The properties were checked for any indication of fire spread and the batteries of the vehicles were isolated.
All persons were accounted for, and the cause is believed to be accidental. Police and paramedics also attended the scene.
