Firefighters are currently at the scene of a two-vehicle road traffic collision on Chester Road near to Hogshead Lane in Oakmere, Northwich. Please avoid the area as the road is currently closed.
UPDATE at 19:00 - a casualty is trapped in one of the vehicles and firefighters are working to release them from the vehicle. Air Ambulance is in attendance at the incident.
UPDATE at 19:20 - the casualty has been released from the vehicle and handed over to the care of paramedics. Firefighters will be leaving the scene shortly.
